A few years ago, I contracted All Star to paint and Tex coat my house. Within 18 months of completion of work, the paint and Tex coat began to peal, chip and crack in numerous locations on every side of my house due to improper prep and installation of product. When I complained to All Star, their response was that there was only a one year guarantee and the warranty had expired. They also made numerous other excuses why they wouldn't do anything to repair the poor workmanship. If you contract with All Star, make sure you have in writing exactly what they will cover under the warranty as far as repairs.
