As far as a purchase goes Air and Water is the only place that I would suggest to buy this product from. I have spent the majority of my career in and around retail so I have been known to be critical when it comes to operations and customer service. Air and Water is a model for how to handle a customer. The order conformation came back quickly. There were status reports that were sent via email letting me know what was happening and when I could expect shipment to arrive. I did not have to worry about going to the web and tracking my purchase or having to spend hours of time chasing down my purchase with customer service, because Air and Water delivered as promised. I decided to write this review because of a follow up email sent 4 weeks after delivery just to find out ? how things were going?. If you think about it? how many companies can you name that actually follow up on a sale? I have, only purchased these 2 items from this company but if I had a purchase decision to make, I would place it with Air and Water without hesitation. Somehow they seem to understand that price and value are not exclusive to great service and customer responsiveness.
