Terrible customer service

Our company ordered on 2-9-12. We gave them our Fed Ex account number and told them we needed the product on 2-13-12. It never showed up. Called to get tracking, it showed that we were get the shipment on 2-15-12. Too late for what we needed it for. So I placed another order on 2-13-12 for an overnight shipment and gave them our fed ex account number again. it is now 2-16-12 and that order has not arrived. We received our original order yesterday which was a total inconvenience. I would not order from them again.
