When our external hard drive malfunctioned, we first had our regular computer repair guy try to repair it. However when he was unsuccessful, I decided to take it to $300 data recovery (which I had found online). We dropped off our external hard drive late Friday afternoon, not only was it ready for pick up on Monday but they were able to recover ALL the data!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
