Very Disappointed

I spoke to a representative who was very pleasant and explained to her that I would like to refinance under the HARP Program.
She asked me a series of questions which I answered and said she said that it appeared I do qualify for a refinance.
I then called my bank and was told I do not qualify for a refinance because my loan is not through Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae. I spent over an hour on the phone with this representative and I provided her with so much personal information for absolutely nothing.
Springboard gained so much in the sense that they now have all this information on me that they will share with their affiliates. I however got nothing in return.
