Hyundai Motor Finance is the WORST COMPANY EVER! They’re customer service is horrible. I have had the same issue for a year and a half. Not only is my issue not corrected, but the agents never put any notes in the system so when I call back NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING about what issue I have been dealing with. I have had agents blatantly LIE and I’ve even been hung up on and repeatedly rerouted back to the queue. Just today I was told (by a supervisor) that she’s sees what wrong with my account and the system is incorrect but I need to wait until Friday and “hopefully the system will correct itself
